The light weight of Gali enabled her to do it with no harm to her body. But as you can see, she is not aligned and the head is laying on a very soft (not necesserily good) ground.
This is completely contraindicated for a child. Not only is her skull not strong enough, but her neck is unsupported, and crooked, putting enormous strain through it. Very irresponsible.
